Policies


BOOKING

A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required when booking our services. All deposits are sent to mdoumbouyaa@gmail.com via E-transfer or through our PayPal link.

For trainings, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required upon registering to secure your spot. 

Please let us know within 48 hrs if you can not make it to your appointment  or of any changes. 

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please let us know if you are going to be late. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure timely service to each of our clients. 

SHIPPING

Please allow 24-48 hours  for your order to be processed and shipped. In times of a high volume of orders, 3-5 business days may be needed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through text or email. Please double check that you have entered a correct email address.

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure you provide us with the right mailing address and contact information at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend your item (s), should the order be returned to us. There is no refund if your order is returned to us for any reason. 

Products are not usually damage during the shipping process, however, We are not responsible for any items that might be damaged during shipping. Once we receive a delivery confirmation, we are no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. You will need to contact your local post office to file a claim. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE 

All sales bare final unless they are defective or damaged. We have a no refund or return policy on our lash products and teeth-whitening products due to sanitation purposes. 

We will exchange products if you happen to received the wrong item (s) or if your item (s) is defective or damaged. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if this does happen through our email info@glambeautybyamy.com. Item (s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging. A damaged parcel report will be opened with the postal service if necessary.
